Job Description:
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will have great focus on creating marketing campaigns, organising, and conducting property viewings, communicating with clients, and overseeing sales from the initial instruction to the final completion stage. This position is part of the successful Residential & Country Agency Department, which focuses on high-end clients and their prime farm and estate transactions. As a key member of the team, you will provide support to senior agents across the country and undertake a busy and diverse range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and conduct property viewings for potential applicants.
- Create effective marketing campaigns to launch properties on the market.
- Market and sell department instructions with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Negotiate on behalf of vendors with prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on Reapit, ensuring daily updates and proper communication with buyers, and archiving as needed.
- Participate in regular buyer call-outs.
- Assist the Head of Department in setting and achieving targets.
- Generate additional business for the office by managing the vendor and applicant database meticulously, determining instruction scope and fees appropriately.
- Cultivate and expand the sales business by leveraging existing contacts, developing new opportunities, and building relationships.
- Contribute to pitches and help as needed.
- Establish strong rapport and long-term relationships with both clients and buyers.
- Possess experience in communicating with solicitors.
- Display empathy towards clients’ needs and strive to deliver exceptional client care.
- Promote and uphold the firm’s compliance procedures and standards.
- Represent the firm and the department in the region, aligning with the firm’s values and promoting its various services.
- Stay informed about trends in the local country property market and conduct periodic market research.
- Always adhere to health and safety procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Possession of a PRSA license or currently pursuing a PSRA-approved course.
- Demonstrated relevant experience in the property industry, showcasing comprehensive technical knowledge and a solid understanding of residential and country property sales conveyancing process, as well as property compliance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a valid driving license and access to a car, as they are essential requirements.
- Familiarity with agriculture and the countryside is advantageous.
- Demonstrates a desire for ongoing improvement, emphasising both efficiency and effectiveness.
- Self-motivated individual who embraces challenges and strives for excellence.
