Azon are delighted to be partnering with one of the leading credit management entities in the country. They are looking for a Risk & Compliance Associate to join their team in Dublin.
The role will offer great exposure to Senior Management and the chance to partner with various functions across the business. The company are known for the flexibility and competitive salaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and oversight of the Risk & Compliance Monitoring Programme.
- Communicate with clients regarding their risk and compliance governance and reporting.
- Create MI reports.
- Review the compliance policies and procedures to comply with relevant regulations.
- Identification and analysis of Operational Risk Events and maintence of the risk management framework.
- Maintain positive relationships with all applicable regulatory bodies, such as the Central Bank of Ireland and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Financial services within a compliance/risk/QA role is essential
- Good understanding of regulatory codes of conduct (CPC, CCMA, AML) in relation to credit servicing
- Experience with regard to legislation and regulation that apply to Irish regulated entities.
- Strong stakeholder management experience required- both internal and external.
