As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with high-net-worth leads provided by the company, evaluating their investment needs, and coordinating in-person meetings. The ultimate objective is to cultivate new client relationships and attract assets to their organisation. This position calls for a strong entrepreneurial spirit, involving proactive outreach (with no cold calling) and a consultative sales approach to secure business. You will work in close collaboration with dedicated portfolio management and client service teams, allowing you to concentrate on your core role in driving sales success. You will report directly to a company director, contributing to the overall mission of the business in Ireland.

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated and quantifiable success in individual sales within the stock market investment sector in Ireland.
  • Must have QFA
  • A proven track record of at least 5 years successfully selling to high net worth individuals.
  • Strong evidence of closing new investor business, showcasing your sales acumen.
  • A motivated mindset, where the pursuit of financial success is a key measure of personal achievement.
  • A willingness to take calculated risks, understanding that some endeavours may not succeed.
  • Proven ability to close deals with outstanding documented sales skills.
  • An optimistic outlook, viewing setbacks as opportunities for improvement and problem-solving.
  • A high activity orientation and the ability to persist through challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to connect with diverse audiences effectively.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
