ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Azon are delighted to be partnering with an Irish Commercial Office Developer to assist them in hiring two Receptionists/ Operations Administrators to join their team based in their offices in Dublin City Centre.
This is a permanent position which is full time office based and would involve working 8am-6pm or 10am-7pm Monday to Friday.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Front of House and reception duties.
- Operational duties and securing premises.
- Greeting clients and visitors.
- Answering emails and queries.
- Monitoring CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms and access points.
- Updating access cards.
- Liaising with the Property Management team.
- Quality control on cleaning standards.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Administration and organisation skills.
- Be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, be practical and solution-oriented and be able to work effectively both independently, and as part of a team.
- CCTV and access control experience.
- Microsoft Office skills are required in Word and Outlook.
- Confident in dealing with clients and employees at all levels.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- A professional manner both in person and on the telephone.
The salary for these roles will range from €31,000 – €37,000 DOE with an excellent benefits package.
