A growing Irish financial services entity, based in Dublin South, is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst focusing on their Internal Banking controls to report into their COO. Key Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Analyst
* Conduct themed monitoring reviews to ensure regulatory obligations are met e.g. Data Protection, CPC, CCMA.
* Monitor and assess the quality & effectiveness of telephone calls and ensure that colleagues comply with all regulations and our company communications policy.
* Develop QA testing schedule and engage with stakeholders within the business
* Prepare reports outlining the test findings and propose recommendations to improve process
The successful individual Quality Assurance Analyst will have a background in Quality Assurance, ideally from a banking background. They must be a team player, proactive and have a good level communication skills to deal with the demands of this role
