Location: Dublin City Centre / Hybrid / On Site

Duration: Permanent

Salary: €40,000-€55,000 DOE + Benefits Package

Our client

One of Ireland’s best known, and longest established Estate Agencies now require a PRS Property Manager to join their Block Management team. The successful candidate will join an established team that have worked together for years in a fast paced, fun and inclusive working environment, providing high calibre professional management services on state-of-the-art PRS developments.

The Role

Our client now requires an experienced and enthusiastic Residential Property Manager to join their established team to work on a portfolio of large scale PRS developments. In general, the role will involve all aspects of common area management. The majority of the portfolio will not have an OMC requirement as they are 100% owned by an institutional investor, therefore, attendance at Director Board Meetings and AGMs should not be required.

Key Responsibilities

The following tasks are indicative of the role but the list is not exhaustive;

  • Implementation and tracking of planned preventative maintenance schedules
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Invoice and expenditure management
  • Liaising with maintenance contractors, procurement and management of on-site works
  • Organising cost comparisons for annual contracts to prepare annual operating budgets in conjunction with the Block Management team
  • Maintaining property files in an organised and up-to-date manner
  • Regular site inspections
  • Assisting with insurance claims and renewals
  • Responding to breaches of House Rules
  • Monitoring energy usage and assisting to develop sustainable solutions to reduce same

Key Requirements

  • Direct block management experience of 2+ years required
  • Must have relevant PSRA D licence
  • Enthusiastic & motivated
  • Knowledge required of MUD Act and statutory property obligations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in the standard Microsoft office suite including in particular MS Word and Excel
  • Show confidence in dealing with stakeholders both in person and over the phone
  • Willingness to work hard and ability work on own initiative and attention to detail are essential
  • Must have use of a car & driving licence

Manager - Property

Mark Doonan is the Manager for Azon’s Property team. He has spent the past 10 years in Sales and Management roles within the Financial Services and Hospitality sectors in New York, and 3 years with a large financial Institution in Dublin prior to emigrating to the States. In his previous roles Mark has focused on business development and customer relations targeted at C Suite level clients in New York. He gained significant experience within the private equity sector, focusing heavily on property funds from his time with Waystone. Mark holds a BA Honours Degree in Business Studies from Griffith College Dublin and away from work is a keen golfer and avid sports fan.
