ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Azon are delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland’s longest established and most well-known estate agents to assist them in hiring a Maintenance Coordinator.
The role requires working closely with the Property Management Team but also being able to work independently with an ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate would be based on site full time in their offices in Dublin City Centre with the hours 9am-5:30pm Monday – Friday.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- The role will involve coordinating and managing maintenance work requests.
- Communicating with the Property Managers, tenants, developers and contractors with updates on maintenance matters
- Typing and organising weekly/ monthly reports & statistics
- Checking & approving Invoices for works completed
- Working on tenant communication platform Building Link
- Assisting with answering phones for property management
- Accurately and securely maintaining records on software system of developer/contractor communications
- Arranging maintenance quotes from contractors as required
- Instructing contractors to carry out maintenance work and
- Keeping reports of maintenance issues
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Excellent verbal and written English is essential
- Attention to detail and being articulate is very important
- Experience in a residential property administrative role
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Confidentiality is paramount
- Consistently high standards of customer service and team-work
- Strong organisational skills and an aptitude for details are essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (word and excel) and Outlook systems is a necessity with strong accurate typing skills
- Show confidence in dealing with people both in-person and over the phone
- Willingness to learn and use initiative to develop efficient working systems within the office team.
The salary for this position would be circa 30-34k.
