The Client: Our client, a leading construction company is looking to recruit for a Procurement Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity: You will be responsible for providing dedicated operational procurement support to Project and Preconstruction teams to deliver improved supply chain performance, mitigate supply chain risk and support the maintenance or enhancement of targeted Project and/or Business Unit margin.

Location: Dublin

About the Job:

• Set procurement strategy, develop tender lists, and provide market intelligence.
• Support mid-bid reviews, tender adjudications, and identify supply chain risks/opportunities.
• Produce/issue tender enquiries, undertake evaluations, and chair bid/pre-appointment meetings.
• Ensure Approval to Purchase Forms are prepared when required.
• Provide monthly reports on key procurement issues to the Supply Chain Director.

About the Person:

• 8+ years experience in senior procurement/commercial roles.
• MUST have previous construction or engineering industry experience.
• CIPS Qualification
