PM - Fit out - Essential Works - Dublin 8

Role: Fit out Project Manager

Location: Dublin 8

Project: Leading Health care project

Package: Up to 85k DOE + car allowance/vehicle + pension

Company: Tier 1 building contractor

Our client are building are the largest health care facility in the country and it is a career defining project with phase 1 of the fit out beginning imminently – great opportunity with over 3 years work onsite

Role –

• Planning and programming projects and updates as required
• Controlling all commercial aspects of each project from inception through to completion
• Implement all statutory regulatory and company requirements
• Ensure compliance with H&S plan & Environmental plan
• Head up client meetings and associated issues
• Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
• Motivating and leading teams
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest possible standard
• Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over through to final accounts

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Applicants must have a strong background in construction project management, and must have proven experience in large scale, high value CAT A/CAT B fitout and refurbishment projects
• High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• An effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach
• Good team and analytical skills and have solid experience managing commercial, retail and office fit-out and refurbishment projects in the Irish/UK market
