ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Azon are delighted to be partnering with a leading Asset Management firm to hire an Operational Risk Manager to join their team in Dublin.

The role will report to the Senior Operational Risk Manager. The Risk manager will be responsible for delivering key elements of the operational risk framework and risk assessment across the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Overseeing the risk appetite, system of governance and RCSA in line with Company Policy.
  • Primary responsibility will be the design of clear and robust programmes where required.
  • Ongoing monitoring of policy management compliance, risk identification and issue resolution.
  • Regular update of the risk register, including Risk and controls in order to support the business by identifying emerging trends and threats.
  • Produce high quality reports for Senior Management.

Key requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Operational Risk and/or Compliance/Consulting advisory or similar role.
  • A strong knowledge of risk best practice together with knowledge of business functions within financial services.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience.
  • Previous experience liasing with CBI is desirable.
