The Opportunity:

Fantastic Opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a top tier law firm based in Dublin city centre. My client is seeking to hire a professional individual with proven legal secretarial or personal assistant experience

Key duties & responsibilities of the Legal Secretary:

  • Providing administrative support for solicitors
  • High volume of dictation and typing
  • Preparation of documents
  • Diary management
  • Organising outgoing post
  • Filing and photocopying
  • Other duties as assigned

Key skills of the Legal Secretary:

  • A minimum of 2 years legal experience
  • Typing skills – 65 WPM+
  • Document production experience and Excellent MS Office skills
  • Experience in working in a law firm is an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A motivated self-starter who is a good team player
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
