A well-established top tier law firm is seeking to hire professional individuals with proven legal secretarial or personal assistant experience for their Dublin, Galway, and Cork offices.
This is a 2-year contract role and it requires a candidate with at least 2 years general legal experience from working in a Solicitors office, excellent organisation and communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to prioritise workload.
- providing administrative support for solicitors
- high volume of dictation and typing
- preparation of documents
- diary management
- organising outgoing post
- filing and photocopying
- other duties as assigned
