ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Azon are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded, full-service law firm to assist them in hiring a Legal Administrator to join their team based in Dublin 4.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving organisation where you will gain a wealth of knowledge and experience.

This is a permanent position offering a highly competitive package.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Providing a high level of administration and support to fee earners, operations manager and reception.
  • Preparing and scheduling of court bundles, legal briefs, legal reports and documents.
  • Drafting letters including demand letters and following up with third parties re same.
  • Billing administration and generating invoices and credit notes for fee earners.
  • File management including opening and archiving of files (electronic and paper based).
  • Providing regular reception cover including meeting room diary management, catering management, boardroom and AV set up duties.
  • Ensuring all day-to-day office and reception procedures and practices are adhered to.
  • Adhoc duties as and when required.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a law firm
  • Proactive and professional attitude with strong communications skills is essential
  • Keyhouse experience or similar document management/case management experience would be an advantage
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
