This presents an excellent opportunity to become a part of a dynamic group of experts. Seeking a Junior Negotiator with at least 1 years residential property sales experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a trustworthy property consultant, offering valuable guidance to clients on the property market in an efficient manner.
  • Accountable for managing a collection of properties, ensuring consistent and proactive communication with vendors to keep them informed about the sales process from start to finish.
  • Negotiates property sales, managing vendor expectations and the bidding process with multiple buyers while ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Provides a positive customer service experience to all vendors, buyers, and potential buyers.
  • Works effectively as part of the branch team, contributing to the development of the branch business plan and supporting each other in achieving KPIs.
  • Actively seeks out new business opportunities through networking and marketing activities in conjunction with the branch manager to enhance our brand and reputation.
  • Collaborates with colleagues and the marketing team to prepare brochures, floor plans, advertisements, photographs, and boards according to the required procedures and timelines.
  • Utilises all relevant technology systems and maintains accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Is knowledgeable about and complies with all relevant provisions of the PSR Act, current Anti-Money Laundering, BER, Data Protection Legislation, and any other legislation applicable to a property professional working in Ireland.
  • Embraces the company values in all dealings with colleagues and takes responsibility for personal development by engaging in activities that broaden experience and market knowledge.

Key Requirements:

  • Currently possess a valid PSRA license.
  • Have at least 1-2 years of experience in residential and/or new homes sales.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Access to a car and a full driver’s license is necessary.
