IT Systems Support Engineer

Azon have partnered with an Ireland and UK based business management and ERP software and services company to recruit an IT Systems Support Engineer.

Our client is based in Dundalk and they were honoured in the Deloitte Fast 50 for the fourth year running in 2020.

A full clean driving licence is required for this position as you will be working on customer sites with expected up to 50% travel. The position will be based in HQ in Dundalk.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for installation, configuration and support of the following products:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
  • Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating System
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Windows Server Remote Desktop Services
  • Wifi networks
  • Antivirus Software
  • Email technologies with Exchange Server 2010 and later
  • Networking and related technologies – Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

You will have:

  • 3+ year’s experience with some field engineer experience, visiting customers on site and resolving their issues both remotely and on-site
  • Relevant IT installation & configuration Field Service experience
  • VMWare & Hyper-V Virtualisation technologies
  • A full clean driving licence
