IT Support Engineer

We have partnered with a leading Irish organization to recruit an IT Support Engineer for their growing team.

In this role, you will support end users to resolve a range of technical issues. This will be an onsite role mainly based out of their office in Dublin City Center.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting switches, firewalls, and routers
  • Providing both software and hardware support for users
  • Assisting with rollouts of new devices and supporting AV systems

You will have:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent experience with Microsoft technologies
  • Knowledge of AD, Group Policy, O365, MDT, and GPO
