HR Business Partner (FMCG)

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Azon is delighted to be partnered with Ireland’s largest and most well established catering and food production organisation with the hiring of a HR Business Partner on a 9 month fixed term contract based in Dublin.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Champion best practice Human Resource management, ensuring the effective management of employees through the fair, efficient and pragmatic application of best practice
  • Developing effective relationships and building leadership throughout the business
  • Provide high quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives
  • Support managers in the application of Company policies and practices and provide advice and guidance on complex people issues in order to minimise risk and financial exposure to the business
  • Analyse trends and metrics and lever this data to drive business decision-making, support action plans to deliver improvements within the business
  • Effectively support the business in dealing with operational people issues
  • Undertake projects that improve the HR service to the business as required.
  • Assist in the review and application of Company policies and assist in assessing the impact of major policy and legislative changes
  • Contribute towards the provision of HR services on matters of L&D, Rewards, Payroll), Tupe and employee Relations etc
  • Identify specific employment issues from workforce trends and feedback from the business and assist in the development of local and business wide HR interventions to meet business needs
  • Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and business policies and requirements

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related area and qualified with CIPD
  • 4+ years’ experience in a relevant HR role
  • Proficient in use of HR Systems
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, standards and procedures
