Global Compensation and Benefits Manager required for leading privately owned international group that has ambitious growth plans and spans over four continents.

Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, this is an exciting role as it is a new position in the group and the opportunity to be responsible for the Global end to end compensation and benefits process.
This will be a mix of strategic and operational Compensation & Benefits which will include,
- Building a global compensation strategy
- Benchmarking salaries and proposing recommendations globally
- Supporting global mobility including transfers, secondments etc
- Managing the global Executive Bonus Scheme
- Review market trends for benefits across other organisations
- Evaluate the effectiveness of benefits on staff attraction and retention
You are an experienced Compensation and Benefits manager who is equally happy to carry out both strategic and operational duties. Strong previous experience of job evaluation, and knowledge of building global compensation packages and bonus programmes. You will be an excellent influencer and have an ability to persuade and negotiate with Executive stakeholders.
