Azon are delighted to be teaming up with a well renowned cement company that are looking to add to their team. The company has a great culture and boast a very good benefits package on top of a competitive salary.

The position is based in Limerick and the duration of the contract is 6 months, which could be extended if the candidate is successful in the role. The successful candidate would have an in-depth understanding of health and safety guidelines and regulations in the industry and a proven experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A background and / or relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Previous experience working as part of a manufacturing shift team as an operator, controller would be advantageous
  • A knowledge of PCS7 Control System – would be advantageous but not essential
  • A proven track record of demonstrating continuous improvement with respect to all tasks and activities
  • Safe Pass, Mobile Plant and Confined Spaces Certification favourable but not required
  • Be able to work to the highest safety standards in accordance with National Regulations
  • A basic level understanding of computer systems and software’s
  • Completed Leaving Certification or equivalent level of education
  • An ambitious and willingness to learn mindset as the Company will be looking to progress successful candidates to production shift roles in the future.
