As a Fund Oversight Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of fund valuations while serving as a primary liaison for key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks, including but not limited to:

Reviewing Fund Valuations: Conduct comprehensive assessments of fund valuations to ensure alignment with established benchmarks and regulatory standards, employing meticulous attention to detail and analytical insight.

Direct Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a direct point of contact for esteemed stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships and providing insightful guidance on fund performance and related queries.

FX Portfolio Review: Oversee foreign exchange (FX) considerations across all portfolios, evaluating currency exposure and mitigating associated risks to safeguard investor interests.

Mentoring Junior Staff: Take on a mentorship role by providing guidance and support to junior team members, facilitating their professional development and ensuring adherence to best practices within the organization.

Client Reporting Assistance: Assist in the preparation and analysis of client reports, contributing to the dissemination of accurate and timely information to clients and stakeholders.


The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Fund Accounting Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with at least 3 years of experience in Private Equity or Private Debt Fund Accounting roles, exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of fund accounting principles and practices.

Analytical Aptitude: Strong analytical skills coupled with a keen eye for detail, enabling the thorough review and analysis of fund valuations and associated financial data.

Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely while engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Collaborative Approach: A collaborative mindset with a proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
