Role: Foreman – Civils

Location: Clare

Salary: 60k-70k + Package (DOE)

Company: Leading Tier 1 Contractor

Project: Civil Infrastructure project

Azon is currently looking to recruit a Foreman with Roadworks experience for a leading and well renowned Tier 1 contractor for a major infrastructure project in on the Clare-Tipperary boarder. The successful candidate will be joining a long established, progressive, and well organised building contractor on a high-end project.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the construction industry
  • 3+ years experience as a Foreman
  • Maintaining strict quality control with tradesmen
  • Performing regular site safety checks
  • Excellent architect / engineer communication skills
  • Complete understanding of architect & engineer drawings
  • Ability to work to programme of works
  • Ability to work to cost control
  • Ideal candidate would be from trade background

Duties

  • Manage and finish internal building in accordance with the programme
  • Reporting to the Project Manager
  • Oversee the build and motivate site team
  • Working closely with Sub – Contractors
  • Keep detailed records and provide reports to PM
