Job Description:
Great opportunity for an Estate Manager or Facilities Manager looking for a new challenge with a Third level Property, Surveying, Engineering or FM qualification join their team in Dublin 18. As the Estate Manager, you will be the main point of contact with high profile occupants and corporate stakeholders. You will be responsible for effectively managing the Estate and ensuring its success. We are seeking a refined individual with excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the site-based team to provide services for office buildings and estate areas.
- Manage and report on planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work procedures and associated safety practices.
Key Requirements:
- Possess knowledge of tenant fit-out processes and understand the timing and requirements for such activities in occupied buildings.
- Facilities management/construction experience and appropriate tertiary qualifications. Third level Property, Surveying, Engineering or FM qualification.
- Knowledge of commercial office leases and associated covenants.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Expertise in BIM, BMS and LEED office accommodation.
- An understanding and knowledge of property management financial software.
