- Help to support and provide insight to our clients to make sure they get the most out of our software.
- Work with new clients through implementation and on boarding projects.
- Work with sales and account management to prepare prospect presentation and demos.
- Work on and manage ad-hoc projects and initiatives aimed at delivering constant improvement to our processes and functions.
- Interface with product and technical teams to interpret and action client feedback.
- Collaborate with technical teams to help resolve customer issues.
- 3-5 post years’ post college experience.
- Preferably in a client facing business analyst role.
- Proven analytics and data management skills e.g. Excel, SQL.
- Strong interest in software and technology.
- Energetic and self-motivated with a “can do” attitude.
- Able to problem solve and take a task from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
