Creative Manager

Azon are delighted to have partnered with a leading professional services firm to recruit an experienced Creative Manager to join the growing Marketing & Communications Team.

The successful candidate will assist with developing our Client’s internal creative studio and make sure that best-in-class creative solutions are delivered with a unique style, feel, and tone of voice.

You will be reponsible for:

  • Managing the Creative Team, overseeing the work of designers, video editors, producers, and multimedia specialists, assuring the production of high-quality creative work, and providing the internal clients with a high-end customer experience.
  • Working directly with internal stakeholders and creatives as a Creative Director to ensure high-caliber creative briefs and concepts.
  • Overseeing the ideation, creative development, production, and editing phases of videos, podcasts, and photography shoots.
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to produce marketing materials such as films, info-graphics, reports, social media postings, digital, print advertisements, event materials, and brand identity designs.
  • Serving as the brand’s guardian and ensuring that it is applied consistently throughout all digital, video, advertising, material, and signage touch-points.

You will have:

  • 4+ years’ experience leading a creative team
  • Adept Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
  • Technical experience across motion graphics, 3D and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • A creative outlook, deep knowledge of the design process, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Great creative for huge campaigns and proposals in a variety of digital formats, including video and websites, with depth and breadth of experience.
