About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Client Solutions Senior Analyst to join our global Client Solutions team. This role is perfect for individuals with a collaborative and customer-centric mindset, offering an exceptional opportunity to develop a career in an award-winning Fintech.

Responsibilities:

  • On-board new and existing clients to the platform.
  • Manage existing client relationships, ensuring they maximise their use of the system.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a set of clients, liaising between clients and the product team to process feedback consistently.
  • Provide thoughtful and timely resolution to client inquiries.
  • Conduct online and on-site training for key clients and participate in industry events.
  • Test new modules and functionality for all clients.
  • Support clients in effectively utilising our products and services to meet their business needs.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to provide feedback on trends and ideas for continuous product enhancement.

About our Client Solutions Team: Our global team operate across Ireland, the US, Dubai, and Australia, providing support to clients worldwide. What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of Fund Accounting experience with NAV experience.
  • Strong understanding of the reconciliation process.
  • Fund Admin operational knowledge with a daily operations and problem-solving focus.
  • Client-focused with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong interest in improving and automating processes for a streamlined work flow.
