We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, with a focus on civil engineering projects. You will work closely with project managers, other engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, monitoring progress, and making any necessary adjustments to ensure that projects are completed successfully.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Site supervision of civil engineering works
  • Conducting site inspections and quality control
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and other third-party vendors
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Preparing and submitting progress reports and other project documentation as required
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project
  • Providing technical support to the project team
  • Assisting with the preparation of project estimates and schedules
  • Continuously improving the site engineering processes.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field and have at least 2-3 years of experience in site engineering for construction projects. They should have a solid understanding of construction methodologies and techniques, as well as knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. They should be able to work independently, be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and leadership skills are also essential for this role.
