IT Helpdesk Engineer
We have an excellent IT Helpdesk Engineer role open with a leading financial services company for a period of 6 months.
This is a full time, on-site position based in Dublin south.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support to all users
- Monitoring JIRA Service Management queues
- Configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting soft phones
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
