Assistant Vice President – Service Desk, Quantitative Prime Services

We have partnered with a leading multinational investment bank to recruit an Assistant Vice President for their Service Desk within the Quantitative Prime Services team.

This role would be based in Dublin. The Quantitative Prime Services team is based across their Dublin and London offices. You will actively and closely work with the London team to develop and service the low-latency equity execution product.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Monitoring client flow, outage management, and manual trade requests from clients
  • Handling all aspects of trade flow from execution, booking, and settlement
  • Researching and managing projects relating to the Quantitative Prime Services business

You will have:

  • Experience working in a technical Service/Support role covering Electronic Trading within an Investment Firm/ Exchange/ Service Provider
  • Experience handling large data sets and ability to automate tasks leveraging technology
  • If you have a good understanding of the Equities business and related Operation/settlement functions and are a CBI/FCA Registered Representative, that would be great. Not a deal breaker if you don’t.
