Azon are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly expanding global healthcare services business in assisting them to hire an Assistant Company Secretary to join their team, based in Dublin 24.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ICSA qualified governance professional with listed plc experience to join a dynamic organisation working closely with the Executive Leadership Team.
This is a permanent position and offers the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to be involved in implementing new governance structures and processes in a listed plc with global businesses. The company also offers flexible working arrangements and a competitive remuneration package.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Assisting with all aspects of Group Corporate Governance compliance
- Drafting Board minutes, Committee minutes and shareholder resolutions as well as managing tasks and follow-up items from Board and Committee meetings
- Preparing CRO filings and Annual Returns and assisting with Central Bank and MAR compliance reporting
- General company secretarial and administrative support to the Company Secretary
- Appropriate ad hoc duties as required
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Company secretarial experience with a listed plc is crucial
- Understanding of company secretarial responsibilities, including management of statutory registers and CRO filings is essential
- Experience using Diligent Boards and Diligent Entities is desirable
- Professional maturity to take responsibility for numerous tasks with little guidance
