- Preparing monthly payment runs for all development sites
- Preparation of the prime books of entry for a number of active development sites
- Tracking actual spend against budgeted spend for each development site.
- Processing queries from suppliers, professional teams and banks.
- Preparation of monthly and annual Revenue returns
- Assisting in the updating of all cash flow projections in a timely manner.
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly management accounts
- Assisting with the year end audit and responding to audit queries
The Ideal Candidate will:
* Accounting Technician with at least 2 years of experience
* Previous experience in a construction background an advantage
* Analytical and proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience of working with
detailed financial models
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent attention to detail
