ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Azon are delighted to be partnering with an Irish owned construction consulting and project management company based in Dublin 4. The successful candidate will provide assistance within a busy team supporting a growing project management practice.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Answering office phone and taking messages.
  • Supporting the Bid/ Tender Team with all submissions.
  • Booking flights, hotels and arranging Business trips.
  • Assisting with presentations & pulling content together.
  • Opening incoming post and date stamping.
  • Logging, labels, and franking of outgoing post.
  • Placing maintenance calls for all office equipment.
  • Order office supplies & PPE gear
  • Managing hot desk system
  • Booking internal / external meeting rooms.
  • Preparing tea, coffee, etc. for meetings and maintaining meeting rooms.
  • Organising internal and external events
  • Organise company headshots for new members of staff
  • Photocopying, filing, shredding, and archiving documents.
  • General filing for teams / Directors.
  • Printing & binding documentation for Directors/staff.
  • Typing meeting minutes / other documentation for Directors/ staff.
  • Data Entry – entering time-sheets onto database.
  • Assisting the members of Staff in the office.
  • Typing up phone/ work logs.
  • Creating excel tracking spreadsheets.
  • Communicating with members of staff for information for projects.
  • Managing of internal & external documentation software’s.
  • Formatting documents (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent written English
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Very strong MS office skills, Specifically, advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF editing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the construction market is advantageous but not essential

The salary for this role will be €30-35k.
