Azon Group have been awarded as one of the most socially engaged recruitment firms in EMEA, and Ireland, by LinkedIn – But what does it mean?
Azon Group have been unveiled overnight in Las Vegas as the 2nd most socially engaged recruitment company in Ireland and the 14th across EMEA. We are delighted to be given such a wonderful accolade in just our second full year of operation demonstrating our passion and desire to engage with our client and candidate community.
To determine the rankings, linked-in analysed a range of metrics including company page followers, employee engagement and interactions, company status updates and content marketing.
But before I ramble anymore about how happy we are with this award, let’s answer the important question: What has this meant for our candidates and clients and how has it benefited you?
Thankfully with a rapidly expanding client portfolio, we have been able to provide our candidates with unique and exciting opportunities that Linkedin’s platform has helped to facilitate. Since Azon was established in 2014 we have listened to what’s important in your career and have endeavored to provide you with opportunities that fit your motivations whilst providing constructive career advice, market information and relevant content. With this recent recognition we can see that many people have engaged with us and feel they are benefiting from our value-add service offering. We will continue to improve this into 2017 and beyond!
While many of our candidate relationships extend years, we have substantially grown our candidate network within the Azon business over the past two years through our smart use of innovative social media platforms.
